• By purchasing from our site, you agree to use our products for personal use only and not for resale.

• All prices are listed in USD.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

• We aim to ship orders promptly, but delivery times may vary.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or factors outside our control.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Flutie Flakes is not responsible for stolen or misplaced items. Any issues after confirmed delivery must be resolved directly with the carrier. No refunds or replacements will be issued for packages marked as delivered.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or items no longer wanted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us at tballou@plbsports.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and its packaging.

Each request is reviewed by our management team. If approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Please do not send items back unless we’ve approved the return and provided instructions; unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Claims submitted after 5 days, or for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear, are not eligible.
